Information to help answer some of your questions.
Each room is charged at the room rate regardless of the number of guests actually staying in it. Only the bedrooms included in your reservation may be used. Empty bedrooms may not be used. You will be charged $180 plus tax for an additional guest for each bed that is used that is not included in your reservation.
There is a minimum number of 3 guests required to add Wednesday night.
All guests must be registered with the retreat prior to your stay. The group organizer must provide the name, email and phone number of every guest (address optional) who stays at the retreat. Guest information can be added in the comments section of the reservation form or can be sent in email or provided over the phone.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Guests 16 or 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
A deposit of $250 is due upon booking. The person who books the reservation is responsible for the deposit as well as for any damages possibly incurred by their group.
The balance is due in full 21 days prior to your arrival date. If the balance can not be collected, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

There is a $35 return check fee for all checks that do not clear the bank.
Check In/Out Times
Check in is at 10:00 am on the day of arrival.
Check out is at 4:00 pm on Sunday.
Reservation cancellations made more than 21 days prior to your reserved arrival are eligible for a full refund of all monies paid.
Reservation cancellations less than 21 days in advance will forfeit 100% of the reservation, unless you or we can find a replacement. For each replacement, the reservation will be transferred however, your payment will still stand for the reservation. It is your responsibility to collect payment from your replacement. In the event that you find the replacement, please contact us to let us know who is coming in your place.
Should your reservation need to be cancelled by us (due to no fault of our own (flood, fire, natural disaster, etc), your reservation may be refunded in full or it may be transferred to another available weekend of your choice within the following year.
Not sure about sharing the house?
If you are a group of 5 or less and aren't sure about sharing the house with another group, contact us via email and we can arrange for a separate crafting space for you within the house.
During Your Stay
We are a non-smoking facility.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
No candles or open flames of any kind allowed in the house.
Moments Retreat Center is not liable for any loss, damages or claims resulting for any reason whatsoever for any events outside of our control including, but not limited to, theft, loss of power, utilities, service interruptions (cable, internet), etc.
