Rates
Reservations are made by the ROOM and average $180 plus tax per person for the entire weekend (not a daily rate). All room rates include Thursday 10am arrival, Friday & Saturday night, Sunday 4pm departure. All rooms require a 3 night minimum stay.

Wednesday night stay may be added for an additional $50 per person (plus 13% hotel occupancy tax). Wednesday arrival is only available with a weekend reservation. We ask for a 5 persons minimum in order to add Wednesday night to a reservation. When making your reservation, select your Thurs/Fri/Sat night stay first for the number of guests per room. Then add a Wednesday night stay to your reservation for the number of quests arriving on Wednesday. Wednesday night will default to the same number of quests you have reserved for the room if you do not select it separately.
A deposit of $250 is due upon booking. When booking online, the deposit is due immediately. When booking over the phone, you may pay by check or credit card. Additional payments may also be made with PayPal using the link below:

Discounts
There are several discounts you may qualify for when booking a reservation. These discounts are applicable on regular rate reservations only and may not be combined with any other discounts.

BOOKIN30: Book your stay on a date that is WITHIN 30 days of the date you make your reservation and get 15% off lodging.
WHOLE30: Reserve the whole house on a date that is WITHIN 30 days of the date you make your reservation and the get 15% off lodging PLUS the group coordinator stays free.
BOOK DURING STAY: Book a reservation during your stay at Moments and you get 10% of that Reservation.

Frequent Guest Program:
Every guest with 5 stays, will receive their 6th stay for FREE ! A regular stay consists of a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Complementary stays will include Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Wednesday nights are not included in complementary stays but may be added for the Wednesday night room rate. There is no time limit between the 5 stays. Your stay must be held on or after October 10, 2018 to be eligible. Complementary stays may not be transferred to another guest.
In order to participate in the Frequent Guest Program, all guests must be registered with the retreat center for each stay. The group organizer must provide the name, address, phone and email of every guest who stays at the retreat. Guests can be added at any time. Your guest profile will keep track of all your stays so you don't have to remember all your reservation numbers. When you have reached 5 stays, send an email to e[email protected] with the reservation number of your 6th stay. If you don't have the reservation numbers for your 5 stays, that's okay, we can look them up for you. After we have validated your 5 stays, we will adjust the rate on your reservation for your 6th stay.

Holiday Discounted Weekends
The following holiday weekends are available at discounted rates. The discount will automatically be reflected in the price when booking your reservation online. Discounted holiday weekends may also add Sunday night for an additional $50 per person plus tax. Holiday weekend discounts may not be combined with other discounts.
